Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You're billed the Pro rate immediately and your billing cycle resets from the upgrade date. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does historical replay work?
Pro stores every atmospheric snapshot we capture for your regions for 90 days. You can scrub back to any timestamp, replay predicted probabilities vs. actual NWS outcomes, and review your alert rule trigger history.
Do multiple team members need separate subscriptions?
No. A Pro workspace subscription covers all users in your organization. Invite operators, viewers, and admins — the $299/mo is per workspace, not per seat.
